KBR Construction Consultants Limited was founded in 2013 by Kieran Read, a senior consultant and visionary who recognised the need for modernisation within the clerk of works profession and the importance of meticulous oversight in large-scale projects.
Due to his background in construction, civil engineering and the built environment, Kieran has developed an acute understanding within the construction industry from the ground up, with sound knowledge amassed over a 38-year period. His leadership and vision have been instrumental in shaping our consultancy into a trusted name in the industry.
Kieran has been awarded sixteen different fellowships to date from the various recognised
professional bodies within the industry, which is their highest accolade and provides an
endorsement of competence at the very highest level

HOW WE'VE EVOLVED
Since its founding in 2013, KBR Construction Consultants Limited has significantly diversified and expanded its scope. Originally focused on standard construction projects, we have progressively broadened our understanding, experience, and expertise to meet the evolving needs of the industry.
Our varied portfolio now includes a wide range of projects which currently range in value from £2m to £150m. These projects vary from ‘one-off’ residential developments to large-scale commercial constructions and complex civil engineering works. This diversification has allowed us to adapt to various client requirements and deliver exceptional results across different sectors.
We have also achieved an unmoveable presence within the care sector overseeing multiple medical centres and retirement villages as well as new-build care homes whereby we have now overseen the construction of almost 260 new-build care homes within England.
KBR Construction Consultants Limited now cover the whole of England, Scotland and Wales. We have also now secured large contracts within Ireland based upon reputation, including upon the new £117m ‘Loft Lines’ Waterfront Homes Development at the Titanic Quarter, Belfast.
